Laird is an investment banker and corporate attorney with broad experience in corporate finance, M&A and real estate. He advises on complex capital structures, operational challenges, recapitalizations and distressed situations where legal and financial judgment must work together.
Richard’s corporate-finance career spans commercial banking, business consulting, credit-risk analytics, new-product development and investment banking. His experience includes roles with Bank of America, TRW and Dun & Bradstreet.
Gary has held management roles across construction, manufacturing, energy, financial services and real estate in both private and Fortune 250 companies. His experience includes strategy, finance, marketing, operations, labor relations, international business and corporate turnarounds.
Chian brought extensive international-business experience to Vantera, including aerospace programs, strategic planning, cross-border trade and investment activity involving Asia and the United States. We remember his contribution to the firm and the perspective he shared with colleagues and clients.

Robert specializes in turnarounds, restructurings and complex financial situations. He has served as a CFO and director through multiple reorganizations, including Chapter 11 proceedings, and began his career with Arthur Andersen.
Thomas has supported private-equity and middle-market companies through financial improvement, audits, SEC reporting, capital raises and transaction diligence. His work has also included bridge-loan portfolio management and interim-CFO assignments.
Eric combines investment-banking experience with an entrepreneurial background in energy, consulting, manufacturing, distribution and international trade. He maintains relationships across private equity, family offices, strategic investors and other sources of institutional capital.
Robert has three decades of experience in computer and software executive management, including venture-backed company building, intellectual property and early-stage investing. He advises entrepreneurs on leadership, funding strategy and venture due diligence.
Gary has served in C-level roles for lower-middle-market companies in the United States, Mexico, Europe and Asia. His expertise includes corporate finance, strategy, financial modeling, valuation, due diligence and debt and equity transactions across startup, turnaround and growth situations.

Thao’s work focuses on financial modeling and valuation. She earned a master’s degree in finance from the University of Houston, completed CFA Level I and contributes a strong analytical and international perspective.
Rod has more than 35 years of experience in corporate finance, consulting and investment management, with a focus on technology and real estate. His leadership roles at Equinix and Yahoo! included acquisitions, global integration, strategic transactions and capital-structure initiatives.
Ulysses has more than three decades of experience in C-suite management, underwriting and portfolio management. He has worked across structured debt and equity transactions, venture and distressed situations, and investment vehicles focused on aerospace, energy, cleantech and medical technologies.
Stephen has more than four decades of domestic and international corporate-finance experience, including aircraft and engine financing at GE Aerospace and GE Capital. His work spans risk management, restructuring and middle-market aerospace and defense transactions.
Thomas brings deep maritime-industry expertise in ballast-water systems, international regulation, testing, technical sales and business development. He also advises on quality-management systems, audits, process improvement and market communications.
Charles brings more than 25 years of experience in security, asset protection, and asset management, primarily serving federal agencies and Fortune 500 companies. Throughout his career, he has supported clients operating in complex, high-stakes environments where discretion, risk mitigation, and operational discipline are essential. At Vantera, Charles applies his extensive industry knowledge alongside advancements in financial technology to develop secure, forward-looking solutions for clients and assets across global markets.

Quincy is a mechanical and industrial engineer with expertise in project management, facility operations and supply-chain logistics. He brings a strong background in industrial project leadership, with a proven track record of structuring complex commercial trade programs across Latin America and West Africa.
Jesús is an industrial engineer and an experienced drilling-equipment and oil-well-construction engineer with a significant entrepreneurial track record. He specializes in structuring cross-border trade programs across Latin America, leveraging his technical and commercial expertise to drive strategic market growth and forge new business partnerships.
Jared’s experience spans energy, infrastructure, logistics and commodities in East Africa, the Caribbean and other international markets. His work includes oil and gas exploration, government and strategic relationships, heavy-equipment logistics and alternative-energy advisory.
Michael is a strategist and operating adviser focused on rapid growth, market entry, product launches, brand strategy and change leadership. He has supported U.S. and international companies in wireless, consumer electronics, retail distribution and other growth markets.
Alok has more than 20 years of experience in materials for medical devices. He has introduced multiple products, developed an extensive patent portfolio, founded an ophthalmic-materials company and held senior roles across medical-technology businesses.
